Did you know Florida currently has abortion laws in place that protect women and babies?

The Heartbeat Bill was passed in 2023 prohibiting a physician from knowingly terminating a pregnancy after the gestational age of 6 weeks, when the baby develops a heartbeat (with exceptions). If Amendment 4 passes, all protections and regulations end. The state of Florida will allow abortions until birth and no laws can be passed to protect life.
